Mangement Tools

A key feature of Carroll Construction’s project management capabilities is the implementation of state-of-the-art construction management software. Individual projects are established and maintained through the use of Timberline Precision Estimating, Primavera P3 (scheduling), and Prolog Manager (document control). The company uses Microsoft Office products for home office documentation. The integration of these tools provides a seamless transition between field and home offices.
Through the use of dial-up networking, Carroll's clients can link to company websites, which are established for individual projects. At these websites, clients have access to reports such as updated submittal logs, RFI logs, and progress schedules
