John M. Carroll – President/CEO
John Michael Carroll - Carpenter and Framing Superintendent from Santa Barbara, founded Carroll Construction Company in 1984. He steadily established himself as a trustworthy contractor in an ever-expanding construction industry. Under John's leadership the company has grown from a relatively small residential home builder to its current status as a major competitive commercial contractor.



Everett Pike – Chief Estimator
Everett entered the construction industry in 1963 after serving in the United States Air Force. In 1984, he helped form Carroll Construction after more than 20 years in construction supervision and tradeswork. The numerous relationships and contacts that Everett has makes him an indispensable resource to the company.


Craig Shallanberger-Operations Manager
Craig began his career in construction as a carpenter while obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at California State University Chico. He provides the company with expertise in modern construction management methods. Craig works closely with clients and the project management team in all phases of Carroll's projects.


John Dannemiller – Controller
John's accounting and office administration experience began in 1985, while working for a local HVAC firm. As the company Controller, he is responsible for Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, and Job Costing. John supplies the company with a variety of analytical skills and constantly seeks new ways to improve the long-term corporate business plan.
