Mission Statement

Our primary purpose is to act as a responsive and responsible general contractor. This will be achieved by implementing human and financial resources in the Pre-Construction and Construction phases of our projects. Our services and the projects we build will be of the highest quality to preserve and extend a respected reputation. We will seek honorable and financially sound clients to serve in unique and creative ways that will differentiate us from our competitors. Our goal will be to produce client satisfaction while generating a reasonable profit. Our primary interests will be major commercial, institutional, and industrial projects in California and Arizona. We will also seek private developments and tenant improvement projects. We will assist the communities in which we work by actively participating in selected, worthwhile charitable and civic ventures. We will strive to make safety our highest priority in the workplace. Our employees and subcontractors will be properly trained and will work both safely and productively. Our relationships with employees, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and community members will be the defining feature of our business. We will deal with these entities ethically, clearly, fairly, with integrity, and without prejudice or discrimination.
